Job summary

IPOS International, the capability-building arm of IPOS, seeks a strategic analyst to shape Singapore’s and the region’s IP skills ecosystem. You will lead workforce analysis, translate insights into training programmes, and drive adoption of the IA/IP Management Technical Reference across organisations and partners.

You will coordinate with industry associations, enterprises, and regional agencies to grow certification pathways and ensure programmes remain market-relevant and future-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 6 years in skills research, labour market analysis, workforce planning, capability development, or related fields.
• Experience in IP-related research is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability with the ability to translate insights into actionable programmes.

Responsibilities

• Perform skills intelligence and capability needs analysis using labour market data and benchmarking.
• Transform validated needs into concrete programmes, learning pathways and certification routes.
• Lead adoption of the Technical Reference for IA/IP Management locally and regionally, engaging partners and agencies.
• Grow and diversify IP-related certification pathways through targeted outreach and industry engagement.
