Job summary

A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to lead international higher education partnerships. You will develop and manage university collaborations, oversee student recruitment channels, and expand study programmes across key markets.

The role requires deep knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, and other English-speaking education systems, strong negotiation and project management skills, and the ability to work across cultures with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in higher education partnerships, student recruitment, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of higher education systems in Singapore, Malaysia, and major English-speaking countries.
• Proven experience in university partnerships, international admissions, or continuing education programmes.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and manage international stakeholder relationships independently.
• Experience in university international relations offices, admissions departments, or continuing education institutions is advantageous.
