Achieve Group in Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional to lead international university partnerships. You will build collaborations with universities worldwide and help expand continuing education programmes.

You will research higher education systems, negotiate agreements, and develop recruitment channels, shaping long-term growth in global education markets.

Qualifikationen

• More than 8 years of experience in higher education, international university partnerships or a related field.
• Familiarity with higher education systems in Singapore, Malaysia and major English-speaking countries.
• Experience in international university partnerships, student recruitment or continuing education programmes.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges and higher education institutions worldwide.
• Research, plan and expand programmes covering undergraduate, master’s, doctoral and adult continuing education.
• Research higher education systems, academic qualification recognition and international education policies across different countries.
• Build a database of university partnership resources, and drive partnership agreements, programme development and student recruitment channel development.
• Develop international higher education business strategies and drive product commercialisation and long-term growth.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in higher education, international university partnerships or a related field.
• Familiarity with higher education systems in Singapore, Malaysia and major English-speaking countries.
• Experience in international university partnerships, student recruitment or continuing education programmes.
• Strong international communication, business negotiation and project management skills.
• Experience working in a university’s international partnerships office, admissions department or continuing education college is preferred.
