Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BCM professional to lead the design, implementation and oversight of its Operational Resilience and BCM framework across the Asia & Oceania region. This sole-contributor role ensures alignment with group policies and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of resilience.

Responsibilities include defining region-wide standards for BIA, BCPs and crisis management, coordinating with local entities, and engaging regulators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in BCM or Operational Resilience within financial services.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing BCM frameworks and crisis management protocols.
• Ability to operate independently in a regional role.
• Experience engaging with regulators and supporting audits.
• Strong policy design and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and oversight of the regional BCM framework and policy.
• Ensure alignment with MAS, SFC and other regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
• Governance, oversight and coordination of BCM governance structures and reporting.
• Set region-wide standards for BIA, BCPs and crisis management protocols.
• Design and deliver annual regional BCM testing and exercises program.
• Advise senior management and cross-functional teams; promote an Operational Resilience culture.
