Safran is seeking an experienced EHS leader to advance HSE policy implementation, risk assessment and incident management. You will coordinate audits, certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and drive safety training and awareness across the site.

The role requires engineering background, WSH certification, and at least 5 years in EHS with auditing experience, preferably in aerospace. You will also oversee facilities operations and energy efficiency initiatives.

Mansioni

• Implement and manage the site HSE policy in line with regulatory requirements and Safran standards.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate occupational and environmental risks; perform regular risk assessments.
• Lead, coordinate and participate in internal and external HSE audits and certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Design and deliver HSE training, awareness campaigns and safety initiatives for all staff.
• Oversee facilities management, energy management and efficiency projects, ensuring safe and compliant operations.
