Job summary

Income Insurance Limited seeks a Head of Technology Transformation to lead the enterprise technology transformation agenda, modernize core platforms, and drive AI adoption across the group.

You will partner with C-suite and senior leaders to deliver large-scale programs, translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, and ensure governance, risk management, and measurable benefits are realized across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide technology programs.
• Experience in technology modernization, digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management at C-suite level.
• Experience managing complex vendor and partner ecosystems.
• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, MSP, SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise technology transformation roadmap and ensure delivery across business, operations and technology teams.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable transformation initiatives with governance.
• Align technology investments with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and emerging technologies and embed innovation into processes.
• Monitor program performance, benefits and risk, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
• Partner senior business leaders and executives to remove delivery obstacles and drive stakeholder engagement.
