Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited seeks a seasoned leader to drive enterprise technology transformation across the group. You will co-own the transformation roadmap, modernize core platforms, and embed AI and digital capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will manage large programs end-to-end, align investments with strategy, govern delivery, and lead senior stakeholders including the CTO and business leaders to realise value and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience in technology modernization, digital transformation and AI adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management at C-suite level.
• Experience managing complex vendor and partner ecosystems.

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, MSP, SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred.
