Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a seasoned Data Management Lead to shape and execute the bank's data capability strategy within CIB. You will partner with Group CDO, T&O and key stakeholders to adapt centrally owned data enablers to the Singapore context, guiding governance and operating models for sustainable data value realisation.

You will own the data capability demand backlog, drive risk-aware data practices, and influence senior stakeholders across 1‑LOD to 3‑LOD, delivering

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking and related transformation initiatives.
Experience leading enterprise data management programmes and data capability roll-out.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive data governance across multiple LODs.
Strong understanding of data risk, regulatory expectations and data architecture.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the data management capability strategy aligned with business priorities and data risk.
Partner with CDO, T&O and other teams to tailor data enablers to CIB needs.
Lead governance frameworks to monitor and evolve data capabilities across the bank.
Manage the data capability demand backlog and coordinate cross‑functional delivery and adoption.
