Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Director of Corporate Communication to lead a sub-domain of our communications function. You will translate strategy into actionable priorities, own reputation management, and steer crisis responses with senior leaders.

You’ll build leadership across the team, reshape operating models, and manage relationships with media, regulators, and key stakeholders across Southeast Asia. Fluency in English and strategic judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading director-level communications with measurable business outcomes.
• Trusted advisor to C-level leaders on reputation, crisis, and messaging.
• Proven track record in integrated PR campaigns that shift perception.
• Ability to develop leaders and shape a high-performing culture.
• Strong business acumen in branding, reputation, and crisis management.
• Fluent English and discretion under high-stakes scrutiny.
• Experience with multi-market media and stakeholder networks in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into operational priorities across multiple teams.
• Own reputation management for a major sub-domain and steer outcomes.
• Lead crisis communications strategy and provide real-time guidance to senior leaders.
• Build the leadership layer and develop managers and ICs.
• Oversee changes to operating models, playbooks, and benchmarks.
• Direct media strategy and senior relationships across markets.
• Guide agencies and advisors to deliver results aligned with corporate objectives.
