Korn Ferry seeks a Head of Corporate Affairs for its Singapore operations, reporting to the CEO and leading a multidisciplinary team of 10–15. The role shapes the Group’s reputation, stakeholder relationships and strategic positioning across Singapore and regional markets.

Beyond traditional communications, the position offers an integrated corporate affairs agenda spanning public affairs, crisis and issues management, communications, marketing and brand management.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in strategic communications or corporate affairs.
• Experience building relationships with government agencies and regulators in Singapore.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence executive leadership.
• Proven track record in reputation management and corporate repositioning.

Responsabilités

• Shape Group-wide corporate affairs, positioning and brand strategies.
• Advise senior leadership on policy developments and stakeholder dynamics.
• Build strategic relationships with government agencies, regulators and industry stakeholders.
• Strengthen crisis preparedness and response for major incidents.
• Lead integrated external, internal and executive communications and marketing.
• Drive corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
