Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search in Singapore is seeking a Head of Base Metals to build and lead the base metals trading desk, shaping strategy, market coverage and trading activities from the ground up.

You will originate and execute physical base metals transactions, manage P&L with full commercial ownership, and expand the desk by recruiting traders and staff as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in physical base metals trading.
• Proven ability to generate and manage significant P&L, with a strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Strong experience across origination, trading and sales, with an established network of counterparties.
• Experience building or developing a trading business/desk is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
