Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse operations, leadership and team supervision.
• Proficiency in MS 365 apps and data analytics tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of AI tooling, programming basics, and Gen AI concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP warehouse modules and ASRS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Receiving, Storage, Issuance and site process stewardship to optimize warehouse operations.
• Lead and train warehouse staff; ensure safety, accuracy, and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and suppliers on system upgrades and issue resolution.
• Develop workflows, SOPs, and documentation; drive AI-driven efficiency improvements.
• Ensure IP protection, cold storage compliance, audits and continuous improvement.
