Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Manager of Technical Support Engineering - Infrastructure to lead a global, 24/7 team that resolves complex AI and HPC customer issues with deep expertise and empathy.

You will set the operating framework, scale coverage across regions, and collaborate with Product Engineering and field engineers to improve the customer experience while growing the team and capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people-leadership experience in technical support/operations.
• 6+ years total in technical support/operations, including 24/7 cloud support.
• Strong background in Linux, containerization, and Kubernetes; cloud infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, health, and performance of the 24/7 infrastructure support function.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and development of engineers.
• Hands-on involvement in complex customer issues and escalation management.
• Develop enablement, training, and progression paths across the function.
• Implement QA measures, ticket reviews, and best-practice playbooks.
• Define and optimize the support operating model, roles, and SLOs.
• Communicate with customers during incidents and resolve conflicts calmly.
• Track KPIs and drive strategic growth planning for the team.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Engineering and domain teams.
