CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join the Customer Experience Organization. You will educate customers on CoreWeave's technical value, design deliverables, onboard and enable clients, and ensure ongoing operations within customer environments.

The role emphasizes leadership across engineering, product, and operations, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, and AI/ML applications. A base salary is provided with discretionary bonus and equity options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field required.
• Extensive experience in technical program management and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer relationships to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Define technical requirements with customers for AI/ML deployments.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution with cross-functional teams.
• Gather feedback to influence product direction and roadmap.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation across teams.
