Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II (Cloud) to be on the front lines of AI cloud infrastructure. You will resolve complex issues, mentor teammates, and contribute to the product roadmap while supporting high-profile customer workloads in a fast-paced, global 24/7 environment.

You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to ensure performance and reliability, while continuously learning about CoreWeave’s Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud platform and related tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in cloud support or similar roles.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor teammates to grow technical skills and troubleshooting across CoreWeave disciplines.
• Review tickets to identify improvements and ensure QA.
• Deliver training sessions to raise team proficiency and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve customer-impacting issues with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic support communications.
• Lead creation of knowledge resources and playbooks for the team.
