KOMMUNITY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a new F&B concept from inception to opening.

You will shape the kitchen direction, develop menus, build systems, recruit and train the team, and drive day-to-day operations while ensuring food safety and cost control. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on quality and profitability. Qualifications

• Experienced and driven Head Chef
• Creative and hands-on; excels in developing food, building systems, leading a team
• Involved in concept development through to day-to-day operations

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of food concept and menu
• Develop, test and refine dishes and seasonal offerings
• Establish recipes, portions, plating standards and kitchen SOPs
• Set up kitchen systems, workflows and prep processes for opening
• Recruit, train and lead the kitchen team
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and service
• Maintain consistent standards for food quality, presentation and portioning
• Manage food ordering, inventory, storage and supplier relationships
• Monitor food costs and wastage, kitchen expenses
• Work on menu costing and pricing with management
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and profitability
• Collaborate with wider team on opening and ongoing development
• Lead by example during service
