Job summary

CULINARY CULTURE PTE. LTD. invites experienced F&B professionals with a passion for Japanese cuisine to join our kitchen team in Singapore. The role focuses on daily preparation, cooking and serving, with collaboration on seasonal dishes and supplier coordination.

We seek a candidate with at least 8 years in a native Japanese restaurant, who understands Japanese language basics and can train junior chefs while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Daily culinary duties of preparation, cooking and serving of dishes.
• Collaborate with owner and chefs to create seasonal dishes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage procurement and inventory.
• Train and guide junior chefs.
• 8+ years experience in native Japanese restaurant.
• Understanding of some Japanese language.
• Broad spectrum of basic Japanese culinary techniques.
