HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer with HDB project experience to support building construction across Singapore.

The role involves site coordination, subcontractor management, project progress tracking and technical coordination with consultants and contractors. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, solving technical issues, ensuring QA/QC and CONQUAS standards, and maintaining safety compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on site coordination and subcontractor management experience.
• Familiarity with QA/QC, CONQUAS and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, schedules and subcontractor deployment for HDB building projects.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with Site Agents, Coordinators, consultants and subcontractors for timely completion.
• Review construction drawings, troubleshoot issues and raise RFIs as needed.
• Supervise subcontractors to meet quality, productivity and specs.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities, CONQUAS assessments and site inspections.
• Conduct site inspections ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

We are looking for a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer with HDB project experience to support building construction projects across Singapore. The role will be involved in site coordination, subcontractor management, project progress, technical coordination and quality control, working closely with project teams, consultants and contractors to ensure works are completed according to project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, work schedules and subcontractor deployment for HDB building projects
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with Site Agents, Site Coordinators, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
• Review construction drawings, troubleshoot technical issues and raise RFIs where required
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work quality, productivity and compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate QA/QC activities, CONQUAS assessments and site inspections with relevant consultants and project teams
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental and health requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project/site engineering experience , preferably with HDB building projects
• Hands-on experience in site coordination, subcontractor management and construction works
• Familiarity with construction drawings, technical coordination, QA/QC and CONQUAS
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and internal teams
