Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer for HIG HBM Design Validation to join our memory solutions team. You will collaborate across Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality to validate high-bandwidth memory designs through simulation and bench analysis.

The role requires knowledge of Verilog or SystemVerilog, VLSI basics, and JEDEC specifications; you will perform data analysis, root-cause investigations, and contribute to innovations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of VLSI, semiconductor process, and basic device physics.
• Exposure to Schematic, Simulation, Data Analysis, Lab Debug or Pattern Manipulation.
• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or System Verilog.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration with Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality teams.
• Perform Validation on Testmodes and Design using simulation, data analysis, and bench analysis.
• Root-cause understanding and resolution of Manufacturing, Test and Quality issues through hardware and software debugging.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in validation procedures.
• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM and document internal architectures.
