Job summary

CANTLEY LIFECARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate in Singapore to inbound shipments, pick and pack online orders, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse. You will operate basic systems, verify orders, and support carrier dispatch.

Role includes receiving goods, stock put-away, cycle counts, labeling, and coordinating with carriers. Training provided; candidates should be comfortable with cashier duties and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with talking to customers and handling POS/cash transactions.
• Basic computer skills for daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Physically able to lift up to 10 kg.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and label orders accurately; stage for pickup or carrier dispatch.
• Handle returns/exchanges.
• Receive goods, put away stock, restock pick locations, and perform cycle counts.
• Update order status in WMS/POS; print shipping labels and carrier manifests.
• Coordinate daily handoff with carriers.
• Basic housekeeping of the warehouse environment.
• Open and close warehouse; maintain safety and fire safety standards.
• Support other warehouse tasks during peak periods.
• Greet walk‑in/self‑collect customers; verify order details/ID; process payments and receipts.
