Job summary

Cubepayment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Singapore. The role suits individuals who prefer practical work and clear routines. Training will be provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required.

Responsibilities include handling incoming/outgoing terminals and accessories, packing, updating inventory, basic terminal setup/testing, and ensuring stock records are accurate. This is a 3-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Excel and email required.
• Good English communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing payment terminals and accessories.
• Pack, prepare and check terminals for deployment.
• Update inventory and maintain stock/serial records.
• Perform basic terminal setup and testing (training provided).
• Check, clean, and process returned terminals.
• Follow SOPs and ensure stock movements are recorded.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
