COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with 2-5 years of experience to support migration projects, develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, and help modernize digital workplace capabilities.

You will work on migrating sites, content, permissions, and workflows to SharePoint Online, configure sites, and collaborate with users for validation, testing, and post-migration support, while documenting processes.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
Hands-on SharePoint Online administration and migration activities.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript; SPFx exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support migration of sites, content, permissions, and workflows to SharePoint Online.
Use migration tools such as ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager.
Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, metadata, and permissions.
Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Support SPFx, JavaScript, and TypeScript-based SharePoint customizations.
Troubleshoot migration, workflow, access, and application issues.
Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
Work directly with users for validation, testing, and post-migration support.
