Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a hands-on Digital Workplace Engineer in Singapore with 2–3 years of experience to support SharePoint migration and develop practical solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

You will migrate content, sites, and workflows from SG-DCS, SharePoint 2013, and other legacy environments to SharePoint Online, working with business users and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and documented outcomes.

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform solutions.
Experience with SharePoint Online: sites, libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, and basic admin duties.
Hands-on migration exposure: content assessment, migration execution, validation, and remediation.
Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Manager.
Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
Basic development in JavaScript/TypeScript; exposure to SPFx/React is a plus.
Familiarity with source control and basic software development practices.
Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Support migration of sites, documents, metadata, permissions, and workflows to SharePoint Online.
Assess content environments to support migration planning, mapping, remediation, and execution.
Use migration tools to execute migration jobs, review results, resolve errors, and validate migrated content.
Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, views, navigation, and permissions.
Build and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business processes.
Develop or modify lightweight SharePoint components and integrations using SPFx, JavaScript, or TypeScript where required.
Support discovery workshops, content inventories, migration mapping, testing, cutover activities, and post‑migration support.
Troubleshoot migration, access, workflow, and application issues, escalating complex issues where necessary.
Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, user guides, and migration status updates.
Work with users to validate migrated content, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
Apply relevant Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and development practices with guidance from senior team members.
