Job summary

National Dental Centre of Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Automation & Analytics professional to design, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end workflow automation using UiPath and Power Automate, with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the organisation.

You will work hands-on to analyse manual processes, build reusable automation components, document solutions, and partner with stakeholders to translate needs into automated analytics and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or IT or related field.
Hands-on process automation experience is required.
Experience with end-to-end workflow development and deployment.
Ability to analyse automation performance metrics and report findings.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions with UiPath, Power Automate, VBA.
Identify automation opportunities by analysing existing workflows.
Create reusable automation components and templates following governance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance automation solutions for stability.
Document processes, designs, specs, and user guides.
Support governance activities including version control and license monitoring.
Maintain central repositories for automation projects and logs.
Analyse metrics like bot utilisation and volumes to drive improvements.
Translate stakeholder requirements into sustainable automation and analytics.
