Job summary

Henderson Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to work on site at a residential property managed by our client.

You will report to the Site Head and keep the building and estate in good working order through repairs, safety checks and preventive maintenance. A proactive team player with hands-on building maintenance experience is required. The role involves performing general repairs, reading drawings, daily safety checks, monitoring M&E systems and supervising

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
• Good knowledge of building M&E systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs, including electrical, plumbing and painting work.
• Read electrical and plumbing drawings and site plans.
• Do daily safety checks for electrical hazards, water ponding and other safety issues.
• Record M&E readings and monitor system performance.
• Help supervise maintenance and servicing work by external contractors.
