Chipstone Electronics is a module-packaging production facility in Singapore seeking a hands-on Manufacturing / Process Engineer to support semiconductor assembly and packaging operations. The successful candidate will troubleshoot machines, establish preventive maintenance, monitor process performance, and collaborate with HQ technical teams to resolve issues while ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Hands-on maintenance and process engineering experience.
• Experience with 8D reports and handling customer quality feedback.
• Experience in spare parts management, maintenance planning, and engineering documentation.
• Experience in semiconductor assembly and packaging is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Perform hands-on machine troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and recovery to minimize equipment downtime.
• Establish PM standards. Plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment performance monitoring.
• Maintain PM schedules, maintenance checklists, machine records, and troubleshooting reports.
• Manage spare parts inventory, monitor usage, ensure critical parts are available.
• Coordinate with HQ technical teams to resolve machine, equipment, and process issues.
• Support daily production operations, machine setup, process parameter adjustment, and verification.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, product quality, yield, productivity, and equipment performance.
• Investigate customer quality feedback, perform root cause analysis, and prepare 8D reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish and maintain process documents, SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and engineering records.
• Support new machine setup, process improvement, and ramp-up activities.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve issues and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by Management.
