Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking a capable Manufacturing Process Engineer to own and optimize wafer fabrication processes. You will provide engineering support to the production line and drive quality, yield, and cost improvements.

The role requires a degree in engineering, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as ST values diversity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations related to dose concentration, angle, and air pressure.
Self-initiated, proactive, and able to communicate clearly.
Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

Manage a cost-effective wafer fabrication process with engineering support to the production line.
Take full ownership of all engineering issues on the assigned process.
Maintain day-to-day manufacturing activities with real-time problem analysis and solutions.
Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, and low cost with cross-functional teams.
Establish robust process control for Si & SiC to minimize WAR and improve SPC & FDC.
