Job summary

ENSIGN INFOSECURITY (CYBERSECURITY) PTE. LTD. is looking for a hands-on Operations Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoint environments, especially focusing on Microsoft Intune and modern device management. This role ensures reliable endpoint operations across corporate devices while supporting users.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in IT operations and should be skilled in managing Windows and other enterprise environments, with a robust focus on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT operations or endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune.
• Provide Level 2/3 operational support for endpoint issues.
• Develop scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency.
