Job summary

HOHOSIK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Food Prep Crew to support daily kitchen operations in Singapore. You will handle stock-taking, place orders, and prepare ingredients efficiently, while ensuring halal and food hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock-taking and place orders as needed to ensure sufficient inventory for daily operations.
• Prepare kitchen ingredients efficiently and consistently, following F&B best practices.
• Ensure all ingredient preparation complies with food hygiene and halal standards.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of all ingredients.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by managers or supervisors.
