Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Factory Manager, or Operations Manager in Food manufacturing or food processing.
• Hands-on production planning and factory-floor management experience.
• Experience managing production workers and shift operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Experience working in a Halal-certified food manufacturing environment.
• A relevant Halal certificate is required.
• FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, or Lean Manufacturing knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly production schedules.
• Manage food manufacturing and factory operations.
• Coordinate raw materials, packaging materials, and equipment.
• Manage production manpower, shifts, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, FSSC 22000, and Halal requirements.
• Monitor production output, wastage, costs, budgets, and KPIs.
• Resolve production delays, equipment issues, and manpower shortages.
• Work closely with Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Maintenance teams.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
