Jean Yip Salon Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to assist clients with hair and scalp services, and to manage enquiries and appointments. You will build rapport, update customer records promptly, and follow up on treatment progress to ensure satisfaction.

• Perform hair and scalp related servicesforcustomers

• Handle customer’s enquiries and appointments

• Service customers that are assigned.

• Build Rapport with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

• Update customer records promptly and correctly

• Follow up with Customer’s treatment progress and effectively provide customers with solutions when necessary

• Achieve sales and/or service targets

• Work with consultants to ensure that customers’ requirements are clearly communicatedand met

• Ensuredeficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken

• Perform salon duties that are assigned e.g., housekeeping or inventory duties

• Assist Branch Manager to ensure smooth running of outlet operations in compliance with company policy
