Job summary

You will inspect goods, manage stock levels, and coordinate with merchandisers to ensure proper tagging and labeling for deliveries to retail outlets. Prior health product experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• GxP knowledge with practical application in warehouse operations.
• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/SAP/WMS).
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations in health or manufacturing.
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory and store in designated locations for organization.
• Inspect inventory for defects and discrepancies to quality standards.
• Protect goods from loss and mishandling through proper handling.
• Update inventory records in the system to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment as needed.
• Issue materials to production following procedures.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards in warehouse areas.
• Conduct periodic stock checks (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly).
• Coordinate with merchandisers to ensure correct price tagging.
• Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks for daily tasks.
