Job summary

widewings pte.ltd in Woodlands, Singapore is seeking a Guidance Officer to support holistic development and well-being of at-risk students, in collaboration with the Student Development Team and the HOD Student Development.

You will supervise students in in-house suspension or detention, apply restorative practices, conduct patrolling during recess, and assist with investigations, engagement, and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Three years of direct experience with at-risk children/youths.
• Preferably degree in social work, counselling, psychology or related fields.
• MOE registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage students on in-house suspension or detention.
• Apply restorative practices and guide behaviour.
• Conduct patrolling during recess and arrival/dismissal.
• Support investigations and prepare incident reports.
• Provide mentoring, SEL support, and classroom observation.
• Maintain confidential case notes and weekly statistics.
