Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking team members for a guest-facing role in a fast-paced environment. You will provide friendly service, handle reservations and enquiries, greet guests, and take orders for food and beverages.

Responsibilities include inputting orders into the POS system, offering basic technical support for karaoke checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with weekend and public holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to work shift-based schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Greet and direct guests to designated room.
• Record orders and serve food and beverages.
• Input orders into the POS system.
• Provide basic technical support for karaoke system checks.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• Handle alcohol responsibly.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
