Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Guest Services Officer at our Bugis location. The role covers front-desk duties, check-in/check-out, and delivering warm hospitality to guests during day and night shifts.

Working on a 6-day week with rotating shifts (7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am, night shift 1-2 times per month). Salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 2,500 per month, with training and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient check-in/check-out following company policies.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests to uphold hospitality standards.
• Support cash handling and maintain accurate cash float.

• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservation and public area checks etc, as part of the Hotel's effort to offer.
• Staffs more holistic training, towards possible promotion.
• Answering inquiries by guest (email/phone/at the counter) and render reasonable assistance within the expectation of keeping with excellent hospitality standards.
• Cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float
