Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is recruiting a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Clarke Quay, Singapore. You will handle calls, welcome guests, and support daily operations with a professional demeanour.

Working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers a gross salary up to SGD 3,300 per month, with basic up to SGD 3,000 and PB plus a yearly increment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in reception, front desk, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, professional and service-oriented.
• Well-organised and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Welcome and assist clients and visitors, including escorting them to meeting rooms.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout the client's visit.
• Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Monitor office facilities and ensure lights, flooring, air-conditioning, and other basic amenities are in proper working condition.
• Replenish bottled water and other basic refreshments in meeting rooms as required.
• Provide general front desk and office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
