Job summary

SOUTH BEACH INTERNATIONAL HOTEL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated security professional to protect guests and property across rotating shifts, including nights. You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and maintain confidentiality of loss prevention records.

You will work closely with hotel teams to ensure safety, handle emergencies, and uphold high standards of guest security and service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work 3 rotating shifts, including night shift.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possess a valid PLRD issued by the Singapore Police Licensing Department.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor security feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situations.
• Defuse guest disturbances and escort from the property if necessary.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties.
• Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documents.
