Aloft by Marriott Singapore Novena is seeking dedicated hotel staff to maintain guest rooms and support housekeeping across floors. The role emphasizes attention to detail, speed in delivering amenities, and presenting a professional image of the hotel.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, restocking linens, assisting with pantry duties, and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled promptly while adhering to safety rules and workplace standards.

Responsabilités

• 1. To be trained and able to operate and use various machinery and cleaning chemicals to carry out preventive maintenance of rooms. (Room attendant)
• 2. To clean and maintain the good condition of guest rooms. (Room attendant)
• 3. To send up linens and amenities from the housekeeping office to the pantry of each floor. (Runner)
• 4. Ensure that linens in the pantries are on par. (Runner)
• 5. Ensure that amenities caddies are topped-up. (Room attendant)
• 6. Ensure that guest requests are fulfilled in the quickest time possible. (Runner)
• 7. To do general housekeeping in the HK office. (Runner)
• 8. To be well groomed and provide a good image of the Hotel.
• 9. To fully understand and comply with workplace safety rules and regulations.
