Job summary

RAFFLES SENTOSA SINGAPORE is seeking a Reservation Executive to manage reservations and provide an exceptional guest experience from inquiry to arrival. You will coordinate with multiple hotel departments to ensure seamless booking operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in guest services/tele-marketing or related reservations/host role.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills and service orientation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling booking information.
Ability to work well in a team and stay self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone and email according to guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel features.
Understand revenue management strategies and upsell hotel facilities and services to maximize revenue.
Determine guest needs and quote appropriate room and rate.
Input booking information into the Reservation System.
Process amendments to reservations (extensions, early departures, etc.).
Record special billing arrangements for groups.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
