The Lo & Behold Group’s Tanjong Beach Club is hiring for a Guest Relations role in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring seamless reservations, warm welcomes, and personalized guest experiences at a bustling beachside venue.

Join a dynamic service team and help deliver outstanding hospitality across dining and events. The role features a 5-day work week with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Ability to greet guests courteously and manage inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone, email and other channels.
• Ensure no overlapping bookings and seating is ready on arrival.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Warmly welcome every guest and personalize service when possible.
• Maintain guest profiles and update information regularly.
• Assist with seating assignments and monitor guest satisfaction.
