Job summary

ACID BAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a guest-focused team member to assist daily bar operations at our vibrant venue near Orchard Road. You will welcome customers, manage reservations, promote food and drinks, and help ensure smooth service delivery in a lively bar setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, reconciling reservations, tracking guest counts, sharing current promotions, and supporting the team with ad hoc tasks or late-night shifts until 1am with provided transportation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in guest relations or customer service roles
• Ability to work 5-day shifts, including late nights until 1am with transportation provided

Job Summary

You will assist in daily bar operations by welcoming customers, managing reservations, promoting food and beverages, and supporting smooth service delivery in a lively bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers promptly upon arrival to create a positive first impression
• Verify and prepare reservations and tables to ensure readiness for guests
• Record and monitor the number of customers and reservations accurately for operational planning
• Communicate current promotions and actively promote food and beverage offerings to customers
• Deliver attentive hospitality to enhance customer satisfaction throughout their visit
• Support the team by completing assigned ad hoc tasks to maintain smooth bar operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated experience in guest relations or customer service roles to handle customer interactions effectively
• Ability to work shifts on a 5-day workweek schedule, including late-night operations until 1am with provided transportation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous work experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred to adapt quickly to the role
