Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a warm, professional dining experience.
• Maintain relationships with regular guests, VIPs and corporate clients.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate reservations, table arrangements and special occasions with the restaurant team.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain guest preferences and relevant reservation information to provide personalised service.
• Assist with VIP arrangements, events and special functions.
• Follow up on guest feedback and help improve overall guest satisfaction.
• Support the team during busy service periods and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Train and guide service staff on guest engagement and hospitality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the restaurant appropriately at all times.
