Responsibilities

• Learn the menu and ingredients to confidently explain and recommend dishes.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage reservations and inquiries, and communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Assist with drinks preparation when needed and learn coffee/tea offerings.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support smooth operations.
• Show curiosity about food stories and contribute to a positive work culture.
