Job summary

OPPA81 PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly team member to welcome guests, take and serve orders, and support daily operations in our dining venue. You will handle payments through the POS system and help keep service and kitchen areas clean while maintaining hygiene standards.

The role emphasises a positive attitude, good communication, and willingness to learn. Training is provided, and you’ll work as part of a team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Training will be provided; prior food & beverage or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take and serve orders with accuracy.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and attentively.
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and uphold hygiene standards.
• Refill condiments, utensils, napkins and supplies.
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen support when needed.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
