Job summary

The Dandy Collection invites fun and vibrant hospitality professionals to join a group of restaurants in Singapore. You will be an ambassador for the restaurant, taking orders and delivering food and drinks with meticulous attention to detail to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to meet dietary needs and menu availability, handle guest requests promptly, and help reset the venue after service to prepare for the next seating.

Qualifications

• Taking food & beverage orders from guests.
• Serving food & beverages to tables with attention to detail.
• Balancing cash receipts and tendering guest checks.
• Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for dietary requirements.
• Assisting with turning tables and resetting the venue after service.
• Providing a positive, personalised guest experience.
• Ambassador for the restaurant brand/vibe.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for the restaurant in projecting the right brand/vibe.
• Taking food & beverage orders from guests.
• Serving food & beverage to tables with attention to detail.
• Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner.
• Assessing customer preferences and making food & beverage recommendations.
• Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience.
• Balancing cash receipts and tendering guest checks.
• complying with all food and beverage regulations.
• Maintaining high attention to sections and tables.
• Assisting with turning tables during service, getting ready for the next seating.
• Breaking down and resetting of the venue after service, ready for the next service period.
• Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for all dietary requirements.
• Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for available menu selection.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in paperwork, including submission of daily reports
