Job summary

Foods Bridge is seeking a customer-oriented team member to provide excellent dining support in a fast-paced environment. You will set tables, greet guests, take and fulfill orders, and ensure meals and beverages are served promptly with attention to cleanliness and orderliness.

Responsibilities include cashiering, replenishing supplies, guiding customers to seating, and assisting with opening/closing duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cashiering duties and operate POS.
• Willingness to perform opening and closing duties and basic housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Set tables properly by arranging crockery and menus to prepare for customer seating
• Replenish supplies such as serviettes, tableware, and condiments to maintain readiness
• Greet and usher customers to their tables to facilitate smooth seating
• Present menus, inform customers of promotions, answer menu-related questions, and make recommendations upon request to enhance customer experience
• Take customer orders accurately and prepare drinks and desserts to fulfill requests
• Serve food and beverages promptly to customers to ensure satisfaction
• Clear and clean tables after customers finish dining and transport used items to the kitchen for cleaning
• Perform cashiering duties accurately to process customer payments when required
• Carry out opening and closing duties including drinks preparation and housekeeping to maintain operational readiness
• Wash dishes as needed to support kitchen operations
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors to support team functions
