Job summary

UNIVERZ HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across guest services and property management.

Lead housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and room bookings to ensure seamless hospitality and consistently high customer satisfaction. You will manage budgets, safety and hygiene standards, and events, while coaching staff to deliver outstanding service. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential to maintain service

Qualifications

• Experience in a service management role or related field is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.
• A customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills to address service issues promptly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to the service sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and ensure seamless guest service.
• Oversee daily operations of the apartment and manage all departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage.
• Serve as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills.
• Ensure high levels of service satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure.
• Planning maintenance work, events, and room bookings.
• Ensure safety and hygiene in work areas.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all facilities and rooms are well maintained and meet safety standards.
