Job summary

The Fullerton Bay Hotel is seeking an experienced guest relations leader to mentor GREs and GROs, ensuring anticipatory, personalized service across all outlets. You will drive data-informed insights from reservation systems to tailor guest experiences, while coordinating high-value group bookings and events.

Expect collaboration with managers to optimize offerings, monitor standards, and promote loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor GREs/GROs to deliver anticipatory, personalized service across outlets.
• Use reservation/CRM data to extract insights on guest behavior and revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate high-value group events from planning through follow-up and post-event analysis.
• Monitor SOPs, brand standards and Forbes service requirements to ensure excellence.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize guest offerings and drive loyalty initiatives.
