Job summary

fei siong fastfood pte. ltd. is seeking a Guest Experience Crew/Manager to enhance guest interactions and oversee service operations in our Singapore restaurant. Training will be provided; candidate should enjoy working with people and can operate under pressure.

Roles include guest engagement, cashiering, order accuracy, hygiene, and supervision of the guest experience crew. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required, with 5- or 6-day packages available for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

Engage guests to ensure best guest experience.
Assist at the counter including cashiering, order release to guests & delivery riders, and queries.
Ensure order accuracy and high cleanliness of lobby and counter areas.
Ensure food safety, hygiene and SOPs are followed to the highest standards.
Monitor Self-Ordering Kiosks (SOKs) during operating hours.
Assist with restaurant operational trackers and gather guest feedback.
Assist with lobby rubbish disposal and adhere to brand standards.
Guest Experience Manager to lead the crew and manage tasks.
