Qualifications

• Customer service experience in F&B preferred.
• Food Safety & Hygiene certification (SFA Level 1) preferred or sponsored.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant F&B experience, preferably in Chinese cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to maintain service quality.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve issues courteously to enhance guest experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Process takeaway orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
• Clean and sanitize dining and service areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Replenish and stock supplies to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards and procedures strictly to ensure compliance.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team operations.
